ACCLIMATING KOI & OTHER POND FISH
The water in your pond or tub should be aged by either letting it sit for
1 - 2 days or by adding artificial aging products such as STRESS COAT or
CHLOROMINE BUSTER with POND-ZYME and MICROBE-LIFT.
POND SALT must be added to support a healthy immune system.
IMPORTANT KOI MAY JUMP THE FIRST FEW DAYS. PLEASE BE AWARE If
OUT OF THE POND PUT THEM BACK IN IMMEDIATELY WITH STRESS COAT ON YOUR HANDS.
WHENEVER POSSIBLE COVER YOUR POND WITH NETTING DURING THEIR ACCLIMATION PROCESS.
1.> Float fish bag in your pond or deck tub for approximately 10 - 15 minutes.
2.> Carefully open the bag and pour out 1/3 of the water. Replace the water with an equal amount of pond water.
Float the fish-bag for another 10 - 15 minutes, then repeat this process once more and float for a final 10-15 minutes.
3.> Finally, apply a small amount of stress coat to your hands and very carefully move the fish (by hand) into it's new home.
Your fish is guaranteed for 24 hours after purchase for REPLACEMENT ONLY and must
