All orders are shipped Ground FedEx mail throughout the continental United
States, unless otherwise specified. We regret that we cannot ship plant material outside the continental
United States or Canada, however most other goods may be shipped to
anywhere in the world. We will ship Tropical and Sub-tropical plants
between October and March at your own risk. We will not ship in
extreme cold, however we will ship when temperatures are above 32
degrees in our area. We will pack accordingly but imply or express no
Northland Gardens will match any listed competitor's price,
PROVIDED, it meets the following criteria. The customer must give the
location of the listed price for perusal. The price must be for the
ACTUAL product and not for a used, reconditioned, modified or
otherwise changed model. Prices cannot be renegotiated after a match
price is settled upon. Prices do not include shipping and handling
Northland Gardens reserves the right not to honor prices that do not
fit this criteria, or any price that appears suspicious and/or
Claims:We are not responsible for
damage after delivery to FedEx or other carrier. All damage claims must be
reported to the CARRIER immediately to ensure proper
handling of said claim. Claims for shortages or wrong item sent must be
reported to Us within 24 hours of receiving package.
Returns are not accepted without prior approval from a Northland Gardens manager. When approved you will be emailed a return authorization number that must be visible on the outside of the returned items package.
A restocking fee of 10 to 20% will be charged depending on the item returned.
Manufacturer defects, under warranty, should be addressed directly to the manufacturer.
Returns are not allowed or accepted on breakables, replacement parts open merchandise or books. Exchanges or returns must be within Thirty days of sale.
Refunds will be processed only after returns are restocked and checked for damage. All restocking fees will be deducted from original purchase price less any discounts if any. Returned goods found to be damaged or used will not be refunded.
All clearance and discontinued item sales final.
