WHAT KIND OF TREES CAN I USE?

A bonsai can be created from any type of plant as long as it has a woody stem. This means that you could use a shrub, a tree, or even a vine.

If you collect from the wild you could use oak, pines, sugar maples, birch trees and many others.

If you order a plant from our extensive selection you will have a choice of trees from regions all over the world.

There is one essential thing to remember about bonsai and that is that you must care for the tree as if it was in its native habitat.

Bonsai have been described as 'silent poems'...
and like a poem, the memory of a bonsai's serene
beauty will remain in your mind forever!
